I've purchased from Catch of the Day several times before and have become accustomed to their speedy service. With my most recent purchase however, I emailed a week after payment to hear what the delay was with my package. Asanda responded near instantly explaining that they were still waiting for stock and that therefor it was outside of their control but he apologized for the delay non the less. In all my dealings with him further he was efficient and gracious and didn't make me feel like a nosey parker for wondering where the stuff I already paid for was. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with him. Thank you Asanda!
