I recently ordered flowers on their website and as I completed the process and paid I realised that the date was incorrect and that the flowers will get there too early, which would've been a problem as the person im sending this to will only be there on Monday - my biggest challenge was I was overseas and after not getting through in time on the international call centre number I sent an urgent mail and kept all my fingers crossed, to my surprise within a few minutes Fazlin came to my rescue and gave me an update and changed my order.
