I was trying to register myself on the site and have flowers sent to someone but it kept giving me problems. I then called and was transferred to Nico. I do not know when last I received such great and efficient service. I was about 5/10mins late with payment but she still made sure my surprise delivery made it. My dear friend was so happy on her birthday.
