I ordered condolence flowers, on behalf of a group of colleagues, to be delivered in Cape Town. We're in JHB. We all wanted to add individual messages to the card and the 300 word limit on the website was insufficient. Nico suggested that I compile all the messages and email it through. Nico offered to forward the document to the florist in CT and ask them to print it out and attach it to the flowers. In addition, Nico dealt with me in a very friendly and efficient manner. I will definitely use the service again. Thanks for going the extra mile!
