Had a delivery for my cousin in joburg and she wasn't at home when netflorist came to deliver so they called me to get a new address and still managed to deliver on the same day. Not sure how they did that on the same day but it was a huge help. Thank you for going the extra mile. I'm in the courier game and we would not be able to re-route on the same day. Impressive
