If you also receive emails from NetFlorist you would have seen the advert with the Kenyan Roses on special. They looked fabulous, but after ordering the arrangement, it arrived, I nearly dropped dead. Half the roses were already wilting. The roses were not the one's displayed in the advert and the paper they were wrapped in probably cost more. I contacted NetFlorist immediately. One thousand two hundred and twent seven excuses. Finally I was contacted to say that they would refund me AND send me a replacement boquet. When I contacted NetFlorist this morning, there is no record of a refund on the system and I still have not received any replacement flowers. These people are and how the Star Newspaper voted them the best in Johannesburg is beyond me. Oh and guys don't hold your breath for your Petal rewards, that has to be the joke of the century.
