I placed an order with a supplier and made payment, after the supplier contact me and confirmed with me we decided to cancel the buy (order 6907979) the seller have not accepted my payment from bidorbuy and then emailed them to reverse my payment. I got a email

Dear Louis

Please be advised that the funds paid by you have been reversed into your account.
To access these funds you will have to do the following:
Log into My bidorbuy, click on the selling tab and at the bottom of the left hand side navigation menu under Payments you will find Payout Request [ [URL Removed] ].
Complete the requested information and submit the form. Payouts are processed every business day. All requests made before 9am on a business day will be processed that same day and in most cases should reflect in the recipients bank account by the next day.
We apologise if this causes a delay or for inconvenience caused.

The instructions doesn't work and 3 emails and a couple of calls with no answers still nothing
