Made a booking at Musgrave branch & was advised my app was for 11.45, arrived at around 11.30 and was advised my ap was only 12.45
Treatment eventually started, pedi by one of the trainees it seemed, terrible on the most uncomfortable chairs ever!
Eventually gel is done, but no pinks in stock, the pink I chose wasn't enough both nails & feet, owner had to be phoned to ask for permission to open a pack of stock that had arrived, this took over half an hour to sort out
All the while I told the ladies I had another appointment at 3pm for hair as I was attending a xmas function, I was completely ignored & missed my hair app.
The lady doing my nails seemed to be the senior person there, which is shocking!
My nails were absolutely disgusting, lumpy, thick, different lengths, widths & shapes!
I eventually just decided to leave & not even say another word so that I didn't miss my actual function as well!
Nails looked like a 2 year old had painted them, nevermind a R700 bill, they started falling off by the Monday
I have tried to phone the salon for owners details, just get passed around.
Appealing to everyone possible, don't ever book here, the most expensive in the industry, disgrace
