I changed Employment and due to that also had to change medical aid. I was a member of discovery health for more than ten years.
After I changed employment, I received a call from Discovery notifying me that I own them just over R8000.
I asked for proof of this and received an Xcel spreadsheet showing medical exspenses and what I own. I received a call from them about the amount and explained to the person at the time of the change in employment and also that this was given over to the new employer. I request that Discovery provide me with the signed contract which detail the fact that when you change employment, you will be responsible for the amount used over the threshhold.
Till today I have received nothing from Discovery yet today I receive a SMS stating that I have been handed over to ITC-BA with a ref no 13012843923 and a contact number 0214055860.
I contact the given number and after about ten minutes on the line receiving the message that an operater will be with me shortly and how important the call is to Discovery, i received a message that the person at that extension os on the phone and I must leave a message. The mailbox does not receive messages.

What must I do?
