PAYED R840 PER NIGHT DURING THE WEEK.
After driving all the way from Johannesburg and expecting to spend a couple of relaxing days fishing. The owner directed us to our chalet and advised us that if we required anything we were to contact him. After inspecting the chalet we found that the conditions were less than savoury. The place was dirty the linen looked old, smoke burns on the couch, broken tiles. Since we had travelled all the way there we decided to stay for the night and hope for the best. As evening fell and people started to take showers " Try anyway" we were met by this piddle of water that was pathetic to say the least. After wrestling with this we decided that in the morning we would just stay for the day as we spend most of the time outdoor and then leave before night fall. We duly packed up and went to the reception and advise them that we were leaving and that due to the poor conditions we did not feel it fair to pay for the night as we were going to leave. We were told that since we did not complain initially that payment was due. After a R 200 discount. We left despondant. This place is definitely NOT worth a visit.
Our advise is give this place a miss.
