Very rude

My husband is listed on ITC by Union hospital - im paying an acc and wanted some clarity on what im paying for. I called the Union hospital on the 12th April 2013- Spoke to Sandra Stoffels- i sent her an email aswell she was going to attend to it, i called her back the same day to confirm the outcome of the email, she directly told me that she was to busy to attend to my query, on the 17/04/2013 i sent her a follow email, she then foewarded the email to Irene Moleea to attend, Irene who has no idea what i discussed with Sandra then decides to sent me a nasty email: From: Irene Moleea [Email Removed]

Subject: RE: Hi Copy of your scratch pad

I did inform you of all your accounts you are more than welcome to take it with your medical aid because surely you know your scheme rules
You are not suppose to use our hospital for casualty visit if you do, you where suppose to request auth within 72hrs if not you will be liable for the account
And you where informed of all your accounts, service was rendered you need to pay
