Cureday Clinic
ACCOUNT NOT PAID

My son, C MOLLENTZE, went in for a procedure at MEDKIN CLINIC AT LOUIS PASTEUR on 26 April 2013. Because he does not have a medical aid, I paid a global fee of R4 475 to cover the costs of the Clinic and the Anaesthetist.

According to our agreement, the account for the Anaesthetist is their responsibility. Up to today, the account of the Anaesthetist (dr JW Germishuys - R2161.22) have not been paid. I have had various phone calls from the doctor'sr accounts division (Brimamed) to pay the outstanding account. I spoke to numerous people at Cureday regarding this account, including to Piet Khumalo from their accounts division. I even went back to Clinic and spoke to Therani who assured me that the matter will be settled. The last person who assisted me was Nicol van Wyk, Patient Administration Manager of CUREDAY CLINICS - but nothing has been done.

Now the account have been handed over to debt collectors!!! What now??? Do I pay the account and sue the Clinic or will they settle this account once and for all!!!
