DE VILLIERS & PARTNERS (DV&P) is a Radiology Practice. My complaint is with the Garden City Clinic Branch in Mayfair West, Johannesburg South Africa.
In 2012 my wife had some x-rays done and DV&P was to claim from my medical aid/health insurance. The claim was not settled for some reason but DV&P did not inform me nor contact me for the outstanding account. Instead they immediately listed the amount as a default payment on my national credit nureau records. In accordance with the South Africa National Credit Act 34 of 2005 which became law in July 2007-they ought to have first send me notification in writing informing meof their intention to list my 'default payment' on the credit bureau, and thereafter send another notification 20 days prior to the impending listing of my account on the credit bureau records. This irrational, unethical and criminal behaviour of theirs now lists me as a 'bad payer' for the next 1 to 2 years. I should mention that as soon as it came to my attention that I had an outstanding account with DV&P, I settled it IMMEDIATELY - literally within 5 minutes.
DE VILLIERS & PARTNERS are criminal thugs of the worst kind with incompetent mammals as their staff!
