I will never phone or try and use Discovery as a medical aid ever again. My son is employed at a Slaghuis and is not earning alot of money. I am paying his medical aid and cancelled through another provider to move to Discovery because they told me it would be cheaper. What a mess, I have been trying since August to get the application through. Every week there is something else I need to send through. When I phoned the call center to tell me exactly it is they need, they would not ever talk to me as I am not my son. I am not asking for any information as I got it all, I am just asking what I can do to let this medical aid start. My son do not have a phone. Rather pay more and get service then save a few bucks and do not get anything.
