Piece of glass found in our food

My husband ordered the chicken and prawn skewer. After biting into a piece of chicken he noticed something hard, and then realised it was a piece of glass. The scary thing for us is that we were feeding our 1 year old daughter, and thankfully she did not eat any glass. We were even more shocked when the waiter wanted to charge us extra for the replacement meal!!!
Will not be returning there anytime soon.
