The assistance at Tableview Medicross is appaling! I went to them for an injured coccyx almost 2 years ago, at that time I was told (verbally) by the doctor that I had a fracture in 2 seperate places.
I am now 9 months pregnant and need a report from them to hand over to my gynae and medical aid. This has been the most drawn out, most difficult and painful excersize.
Firstly I'm told that they do not have a report because I never pitched to my original appointment?? (utter rubbish) Once I pushed the topic I was told that I could not get a report because the radiologists are the ONLY ones with a report and they went into liquidation so cannot assist. Well, I managed to contact the radiologists and they advised me that the Doctor from Medicross should indeed have a copy. So after leaving 9 messages over a period of 2 weeks I FINALLY heard back from the doctor who told me that I do NOT have a fractured coccyx but a bruised coccyx instead??!! I cannot begin to describe the frustration!
Now I've been' pulling teeth' trying to get a report from him for a bruised coccyx (or whatever is wrong with it) and after 3 visits and 5 messages I feel like banging my head against the wall!!!
