No response other than the outomatic replay. Slow call centre after calling out over R400 because they took my money without notice. After they activated a profile were they shouldn't have. Beside the fact that I said no for activation and only for the following month. And the medical scheme confirming that the debit orders date passed. Suspending my account incorrectly.
Try to sort it out with multiple calls to call centre and email. Getting confirmation that money will be pay within 24hour. And after a week still no refund.
Stopped phoning now. Because if they did their work correctly I would have phoned out almost half the amount that need to be refunded.
Will definitely look for a more up to date medical aid.
