Arrived at Hotel 31.05.2013 at around 6pm. Discussed with reception where car may park they said it is fine where it is, outside in a parking lot for the Hotel.
When I went to the car in the morning I found 3 cars scratched including mine.
The Hotel staff were helpfull and opened up an incident file and said they would investigate, to date they have not come back to me. I called them regarding the iincident and queried if my Insurance Excess would be re-imbursed at least and the manager on duty today the 19.07.2013 said no.
This is a huge inconvenience as I could of used covered parking but they said it is fine and there seemed to be guards, but nope, and no cameras as well.
I have had to go through the whole insurance claim procedure. This is unfair, you stay in a place, you spend money, and they send you home with a scratched car and inconvenience.
