3 days later I am still awaiting the client liason person to contact me, but I can be rest assured my bill will arrive long before she returns my call.
I think its fair in saying waiting for 4 hours to get treatment for a 6yr old is way over the limit of expectation, especially since he had a gaping slit below his nose and a mouth full of blood with a couple of teeth dislodged.
when we did finally get attended too, it took the dr 2 mins to stitch, and put a plaster that didnt even last us to the car park, we left with my sons mouth still uncleaned after being told we need to get alcholic mouthwash... @ 22h30 were was I to get that. Sorry but I may not have a medical degree, but shouldnt i have expected the doctor / nurse to ensure that my son was sorted of all issues before going home, after that sort of injury wouldnt a x-ray have to have been requested, maybe we are a just a small family but the 30 odd people that was with my family that night @ this facility and my many friends and family will surely not be using your facility again. This also excludes the machine that took our money and gave us hot water with specs of dust or the exhoritant parking fees 8 cars had to pay
