On the 22nd December 2013 at around 8.45am I got out of my car in the car park of Wespack in the Lifestyle Home and Garden Centre in Randpark Ridge. As I was walking towards the store I did not notice a part of the concrete bumpers they have in their car park. I tripped and fell on my face and was knocked unconscioius. A family going into the store came to my aid. I was bleeding from my mouth badly and stunned. I could also not get up as I was shaking so much. Eventually a Wespack staff person brought a wheelchair and took me into the store. The family he4lping me had called my husband who was only ten minutes away. The nurse Angela gave me gauze to help with the bleeding and a sling for my arm. I was taken to Olivedale clinic. My rightarm was broken, my teeth broken and loose and my face grazed. I have been incapacitated for six weeks now, have small scars around and on my lips and will have to have my front teeth removed. I contacted Christine twice. The first I was told abruptly it was with their insurers the second was totally ignored. They obviously don't care what happened to me. I have checked other car parks. They don't have bumpers.
