Good Day, I would like to bring to your attention the unbelievable bad service at t Edward Street Cape Town, I was at the branch past Friday evening, with 5 of my friends. It's not the first time we have been to the branch and I must say that most times we go we receive bad service. On this particular occasion the waitress sat down at the table to take our order She wrote down all of our orders and checked with us that they were all correct. When the food came out she had forgotten to order my meal, I must admit this has happen to us before at this branch, so it was no a huge surprise, but then she did not even bother to come back and ask if everything was okay, when we tried to call her over to check what happed to the 6th order (the second one on her list) she just noticeable ignored us. Eventually we got hold of the manger to find out what was going on and we then found out that the order had been forgotten.By this time everyone else was done with their meal, now we had the two of them standing there apologising and offering discount and free drinks, at this poit I was so angry that I could not look at the two of them. I wonder why this business is still open?
