I left Fedhealth in Jan 2013. There was an outstanding payment due from my side of R688. I wanted a full recon sent to me and asked twice for one. I got these documents which made it very difficult to read. I subsequantly asked how much in a nutshell and they eventually said R688. In this time, due to the non payment they changed my termination date to dec 212 which means on my record i have a gap in cover and it can be biased towards me in future. I complained (before i paid) and they said it was due to non payment. I am sure this is illegal and they even threatened me with black listing AFTER i had said i would pay if they sent me the amount and corrected the termination. Anyway, i have paid the amount (i am no) and they still send me an account asking for the money and NOT changing the termination date back to the legal one. I had sent them a proof of payment. This is illegal and unethical and a bad treatment of an outgoing customer. Poor poor service and sour grapes as well as being illegal...
