I was part of the ProSano medicail Aid for years and never had this bad service before. I am disgusted by the POOR service received. I phoned the Call Centre on the 7 Jan to terminate my membership effective 31 Jan 2012, at first they said I should send a letter which I did and which they apparently did not received, phone agaian on the 8 Jan and apparently still not received, send it again and phone again and only then they did receive. Ask them for a certificate with end date, no they only send on request once a sms has been received you have to call in and then request a letter. Eventually I received hundreds of letters to confirm termination date 31 Jan 2013 as well as sms. Went to the Dr on the 15 Jan to find out my membership has already been terminated, after a fight the whole of the 16 they claim they have not received payment and that is why they terminated, send proof of payment and phone again, ok in process, phone agan at 15:00 on the 16:00 no but the reason for termination is your letter, ask them to read the letter and it stated only effective 31 Jan 2013.
