I have a query and this is just not getting resolved. I keep on getting promises from different Fedhealth representatives and no one keeps to them. This is really getting frustrating and creates a bad reputation for Fedhealth as a Company. This query has been going on for months.. a turnaround time of 5 - 7 days is promised.. but this is really not what I am experiencing. My query is beyond 3 months and still going... There is no one in the whole of Fedhealth who can do what they promised!! I think bad experience is really an understatement of what I am experiencing.
What is surprising is that the only time someone phones me back is when i post something on Hellopeter... Do we as costumers need to go to the newspapers for some reel action to be taken or promises to be kept?
