It is very unfortunate that this has now had to lead to a complaint on Hellopeter.
I am very unhappy with Bestmed at the moment. I have been waiting 3 weeks now to get a claim paid back to me, and it STILL has not been paid back. I have another claim that was sent off today and I wonder if that will be the same story? What is the use of someone sending you a "ticket" saying thank you, we received your claim and it will be processed within 5 days if this doesn't get sent to the accounts department? After I phoned I was promised feedback which never happened. Then I e-mailed and the response was a measly sorry it is not reflecting on our system - 2 DAYS LATER.
This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
I would like the first claim to be resolved and I would like the new claim to be processed within 3 -5 working days as promised or I will be moving my medical aid for sure.
