I phoned with an accommodation query yesterday 2 April 2013 at about lunchtime. I spoke to a gentleman who took all my details, told me that there was a room available and assured me that I would be sent a booking confirmation via email. He also said that he would phone me when my confirmation was sent. I received no such phone call or email. I phoned again today 3 April after receiving no feedback. I was told that all the rooms were full by the same gentlemen with not much apology. I am now left without accommodation for a wedding and I am thoroughly unimpressed with the service and attitude of the staff.
