My husband and i went for a massage which included a light lunch on the 28 July 2013 at Moments of wellness Spa in Midrand at Lever Road. We were so disgusted by the dirty linen which was used. The gowns and slippers we were given were so dirty, it was clear that previous clients had used them. We didn't even wear them. The dark brown towels used, obviously to hide filth were damp from oil which was previously used on other clients. I aksed one of the ladies who was serving us, she said it's only the two of them working. She didn't deny that the linen was dirty. We were then told that our luch which was included in the package was not available as their chef was unavailable. We were given R80 to purchase luch ourselves. I then called the owner her name is Tebogo on monday 29th on her lanline but to no avail. I tried again on tuesday 30th still no answer. I then tried her on her cell 0738257105 still no answer. I want her to know that the money we paid was definately not worth the horrible service we got and she must know that she has lost a client. In future, human beings should not be given a "piggy" service. A spa should excel in hygiene. Health inspectors will not be pleased to
