I booked a dinner and game drive for my 6th wedding anniversary through groupon. I confirmed everything with the receptionist at The Cradle for Sunday 31 March 2013. A few days ago (practically a week for our anniversary) I get a call from them saying there is a new owner at The Cradle and he will not be honouring any of the Groupon Vouchers.
When I asked to speak to him I was told he was out of the country.
Looking at all the complaints The Cradle has already, I suppose it doesn't come as much of a surprise.
Not a great start for the new owner of the business!
