I received SUCH bad attitude from Crystal at Sugar Wellness in Greenpoint, after they botched up my appointment for today. They did not allocate enough time for my treatments - after I confirmed my booking last week.
She didn't make any effort to try to accomodate me, or move my appointment.
She then had the audacity to blame her colleague for the mistake with my booking.
Her only solution to the issue was to tell me to ask for a refund - almost as if she had no interest in my business.
I have been to the Wellness Spa numerous times before and have never received such appaling service.
Needless to say, i will never support this place again and strongly advise that others do the same.
