Unfair treatment

I have surprisingly received an sms from GL inc attorney that my account with drs van rensburg and partners has been handed over for legal action. my problem is that i have no clue about these doctors in terms of what do i owe them and for what since i never received any communicaiton from them about my debt to them

it is very unfair the way they treat me by just handing me over without any communication between us and i dont even know what is the nature of my debt
