All my encounters at Spec Savers Menlyn have consistently been pleasant: From the great optometrist to the friendly staff!
Today I went to have my glasses repaired (after I had accidentally popped out one of the lenses), the lady at the counter was so helpful, she said that they would fix it for free because I had gotten them at that store. It took less than 20 minutes to fix, hassle free. Then, when I purchased two bottles of contact lens solution, upon looking at my account, she said I had accumulated points (I didn't even know I had) so the bottles of solution were also free.
All in all it was a really great experience! Good service should always be rewarded!
