Ive booked a room for the 29 March till 30 March 2013, and only now realised that i wont be able to sleep in on the 30th March when i try to call them there is no answer and my friend who made bookings for me they refused to re-fund her for the night i wont be sleeping there and they dont even have a re-fund policy... AS
