I have joined HOTTEL EXPRESS company to safe money when i go to holidays to my suprice they havent helped me not ones but twice they call me to tell that i must not cancel but i dont want to continue with them everytime i think about them i feel trapped cause they tell me that i cant cancell and they wont be able to refund me i havent signed any document thaT says they will force me to be with them.
they also promised to extend my membership card to onother year but my husband want me to cancell i also dont want they have been telling me about the 3 months period but i have sent them the email early march to make cancellation and the headoffice called me on the 20 of march when they noticed my mail i told them i want out.after that they kept quet and sarah was ignoring my mails and calls now they tell me that its too late i cant get my money
even if they extend my membership card i dont trust them it will happen again.can they just refund me and forget about me.have you ever joined something that you are not happy with and still have to get calls from them for you to recomend your friends in something that doest work. THEY MUST REFUND MY MONEY PLEASE.
