PMB'S -DENTAL - ASKED FOR HELP AND RECIEVED NONE

I am convinced that you see my claims and decided to make life as difficult as you can.

1. PMB'S -
My daughter attempted suicide on 1/11/2012 (overdose)
Called an ambulance took her to Flora Clinic
Asked Flora to call you and check if we are covered. No - only at Garden City or Brenthurst.
Found a Dr at Garden City who was within your network - off we went in another ambulance to Garden City.
I followed procedure all the way.
Daughter admitted to High Care (as per doctors orders)
You do not pay for High Care - Dr did a letter of motivation - you still have not paid the full amount
ENDLESS phone calls - managed to get some paid I am so tired of calling you about this. I informed your call centre to contact me telephonically with the outcome as I was on leave. Still waiting

2.DENTAL - 13/12/2012
REMOVAL OF 4 WISDOM TEETH
Did all the right things again - Surgeon and Anesthetist that charge discovery rates in line with my plan
The Anesthetist charges slightly less than than your rate yet another outstanding balance.

3.DOCTOR DID NOT SEND ME A BILL
Asked for help - alas none

ps. Today is my birthday and sorting this out would make a wonderful gift.
