I was on the opera cruise 1 - 5 March and forgot my Black Jersey in one of the bars. When we arrived back home, I only realized this and phoned them. I could never get through. Since the 5 march Ive been phoning every day and it just keeps on ringing. I think i have to write of this Jersey of mine I loved so much. This is really pathetic. Communication is really a big concern for such a big company.
