This complaint is really for top management.
Why is it that I can receive every sort of communication from your company but not important communications that clearly states that WE ARE NO LONGER PART OF THE MEDICAL AID SCHEME.
I received a few weeks ago a communication from your company but not once did your try to inform me that the medical aid will be discontinued and please contact whoever?
Your Behaviour is unfair towards your clients. and the way I had to find out about this is really inconvenient and wrong a hospital have to tell us sorry your Medical Aid is discontinued I have a good mind to get a lawyer involved on this matter WAS IS TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR YOU TO COMMUNICATE THAT INFORMATION DID YOU NOT THINK IT WAS IMPORTANT.
