I got debited on the 1 March for the month of Feb as i pay in arrears. Now without telling me Medscheme decides that i should start paying in advance. So they debit me on 15 March for March. Now my next debit will go off on 31 March for April. 3 Debits in 1 Month!!!
I phoned their customer care centre and the person talking to me was being extremely unhelpful. They actually tried to keep as silent as possible, I had to keep asking "are you there? " "are you there? ". They refused to acknowledge that they did anything wrong, they just kept referring to their being a system failure and thats why i now need to pay in advance.
So annoyed with the lack of assitance from 'Customer Care'.
