Dear Staff of Vincent Pallotti Hospital,
It is with a very grateful heart that I write to you as a mother.
When you hear that your child has been admitted to hospital, it is an awful combination of emotions that overcome you as a parent. My mind was at ease knowing that my child - my youngest and tiniest little one - was always in the hands of experts as yourselves. I would like to thank all the staff who had absolutely any involvement regarding my child's treatment because everyone whom I had interacted with was exceptionally warm, caring, patient and had only my child and the other children's best interests at heart.
I believe that you are all held while you work in a pair of mightier hands that guides every single move that you make; whether you are surgeons, nurses, administrative staff or catering staff - there are lives' in your hands every single day, but you must always remember that even on a bad day when things are not going as you wish for them to, you are, in that very moment, being held in a greater, mightier and most wonderous pair of hands that will never let you go, never let you fall and never let you make a deliberate mistake. I salute you all for your caring!
