I needed to go for an op a few weeks ago. I contacted Discovery and since that call, I have recieved such proffessional and friendly service... right down to the 'good luck' sms prior to going into theatre.
I have dealt with a few of the consultants telephonically, following up on claims etc... and would like to compliment all the call centre consultants. Ive just spoken to GEORGE MUNTEAN
and would like to compliment him on the fantastic service. Its just a bit sad that Discovery doesnt cover much of the claim that I submitted, but he did suggest gap cover (which I luckily have).
