Refusing to pay for an account

Good Afternoon

I am writing to complain about Gems and a Path Lab claim. I was sick last year and had a series of palpations and break out of Red heat all over my body. I went to my house doctor the first time and he didn't know what it was. It happened a couple of time after that and so they decided to have various tests done. Two of them been urine test a) for cancer and b) adrenaline gland overexcreting. To my dismay, Gems says they can't pay for both tests as they were done on the same day. Now the whole test started on the 19 November and ended on 30 November 2012. Path Lab phone them and they explained that although the same codes were used they are completely different test and both should be paid for. I phoned Gems numerous times, I have a no of sms logged on my phone showing the query. Eventually I got through to a man and he said he was going to talk to the supervisor as it was definately different tests. I then got another message to say it was to be paid on 1 March 2013. Well on 1st March, I phoned again and they still have not paid it. They just make promises and dont keep it. Cancer and Adrenaline are not the same thing!
