I have sent 2 emails to claims depart, one dated 06/02/2013 and 15/02/2013. A week later (26 or 27 Feb) I decided to pick up a phone and call the claims department. After unsuccesful telephone queries, I received an email from Mujeeb Bray (head of Discovery services) asking if my query was solved. Telling him nothing was solved I was so sure that he was going to panic and make sure my query gets sorted, especially after I have forwarded him the 1st 2 emails I sent and only received back an automated reply without followup.
What frustrates me more is that the hospital has already issued me with the credit bureau pre-listing letter. I guess that also means nothing to Discovery as long they get their monthly receipts.
I have decided to send the same query straight to the CEO and Founder of Discovery Holdings Ltd (Mr Adrian Gore). I am hoping and pray that this time I will receive quick and good quality service.
