I have called to find out the reference number to be used for a manual payment as i had a problem with my bank. I have been transferred to over 13 consultants who could not assist me The person who was supposed to assist me from Group Risk (Vodacom) was not available and still I have received no assistance. I want you guys to debit my account again but clearly no one can assist. I have been given the run-around from pillar to post. will someone call me back and sort this out once and for all!!!
