I bought the Cipla 100% Whey and really didn't enjoy it, as it has a thickening agent which makes it very different to every other product on the market. This isn't obvious from the packaging and limits what it can be combined with.
I sent them a message through their website and received a phone call from the head of Cipla Nutrition the next day to discuss my issues with the product and an offer for a full refund.
I'm really impressed with the way they handled my complaint.
