"I bought 100% Whey Protein Plus (2kg) with batch no. G4034. Exp. date: 20/05/2015 yesterday at Dischem Vaal Mall. I moved over from Evox.. I have used it twice, the first time I used 2 scoops with 400ml water and the second time I used 1 scoop with 400ml water. Both times I felt bloated, nausea and even vomited. I would like to know what is causing this as it only happens when I use the above mentioned shake. Do you have a return policy or a refund policy in place? Or will you be replacing this product? "

"Causing your slight diarrhoea, could be the free amino acids in the Whey Protein Plus, the Glutamine, the Lactase enzymes or even the Calcium. The symptoms should improve after a week's usage.
If it does not improve, half the dosage and see the effects, but if it continues to give you the same symptoms, discontinue use ..."
What HEALTH company advises using a product for a week if it gives diarrhoea, especially if you use it just before gym?
Response time 8 days! Didn't read our email properly: got symptoms wrong no diarrhoea and we 1/2 dose. Called them yesterday was furious, promised another bag today, nothing arrived! Typical
