During the month of may 2012 my son was admited at krugersdorp hospital and discharged the next day. in the month of June 2013 i recieved a statement with outsatanding payment of R540.22 when i called the hospital they informed me that the badical aid short paid them with the stipulated ammount. I called my medical aid on 10/10/2012 and spoke to Lwazi and he informed me that the m/a will pay as it was a pmb benefit and i was not supposed to be charged, On 20/11/2012 i spoke to Charmima and made a comfrence call between the hospital and Julian whom confirmed that payment will go through in the next payrun 28/01/2013 i spoke to Lizelle as payment was still not done and she confirmed that my quiry was not processed as it was never resubmited but she will resubmit so that the service provider can be paid 05/03/2013 i was put from one consultant to the other Gail, Zoliswe, Kholiswa and eventualy 75min on my phone they hangoff called back again and i am told to sort it out with carecross and carecross refers me back to bankmed
