I have been waiting for your response for weeks, we have not been covered with momentum for the last 2 months already and still you guys are deducting the same amount that was not agreed upon. I asked you to change the options and still received no feedback till this day. Seem like the only time I receive any communication from you is if I submit a complaint.

I NEED THIS ISSUE SORTED OUT ASAP
