I visited Zenfusion once a week for the Thai massage. The last payment I made was for 8 treatments paid in advance. The owner/s Myra and her husband Andre had decided to emigrate to Thailand, leaving in a couple of weeks from now. They honoured 5 of my 8 treatments and I have been struggling to get a refund for the balance as the therapist doing the massages was dismissed due to a disagreement between the owners and herself. Communication was non existent and the employees in charge kept you in the dark. After numerous emails visits to the shop and from the staff in charge I managed to get a new cellphone number for Myra, she promised me a refund was made this last Friday. Still waiting for the confirmation as 4 days had passed... Don't waste your time, money or energy here!!! I must add, some of the staff is fabulous.
