Mrs Prayer Naidoo from Bonitas went out of her way to settle this matter on my behalf. She phoned on a daily basis to give feedback. She phoned this morning and confirm that she sent an email to Sonnet from Medicus confirming the refund. If everybody at Bonitas could have been so professional, friendly and being able to do their work like Mrs Naidoo this matter could have been solved without any bad feelings.
