Bad Attitude and wrongly refunded

Mrs Allison (director of Medicus) / arrogant! They asked for confirmation of my banking details to refund me on my Bonitas account of which I refused to do because we are still in dispute with the amount they, Medicus want to pay. I numerously asked both ladies to provide me with said documentation and up until today I didn't receive the documentation only a refund of the wrong amount into my cheque account without my confirmation. I've emailed Mrs S Allison this morning and asked her for the copies of said documentation and a payment of the outstanding amount of R8603-00 on or before the 8th of March 2013 as set out in my email to Medicus.
The broker which I trust who did the transaction in 2009 didn't tell me about the paragraph on the debit order form stating that the first payment will be Medicus' fee and the payments thereafter will be payments to Bonitas Medical Fund and now Medicus wants to use this as an excuse for not paying me the right amount which must be R14700-00 instead of R6097. They must only deduct R1575 for the three dependants for the back payments. R16275 - R1575 = R14700.
