I have been going to Medicross in Rustenburg for more than 3 years now and more often than not, I always have to deal with some receptionist giving me bad attitude. I recently made an appointment for my daughter to see the dentist, on the day we showed up on time, only to be told that the doctor had an emergency surgery to attend to. I ask why it was that I was not notified timeously of the change. The receptionist tells me that they phoned me numerous times and i did not pick up the phone. When she reads out the mobile number to me, it turns out that it was incorrect. Instead of apologizing to me for this mishap, she asks me to make another appointment that is another week's wait, while too in a hurry to finish with me so she can attend to a white couple who by the way found me there. I am sick of this treatment, it is really just unfortunate that the doctors at this center are so good and professional but the ladies behind desks leave very little to be desired.
